When you place an order on Pak Pocket, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order will be considered accepted when we confirm the order or begin processing it.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Delivery limitations

  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund according to our Refund Policy.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on Pak Pocket are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to any obvious pricing error.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa

  • JazzCash

  • Raast or QR payment, where available

  • Debit/Credit Card through supported payment providers

Payment information processed through third-party payment providers may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

For manual payments such as bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or similar methods, an order may remain pending until payment is verified.

5. Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, payment is due when the order is delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and complete delivery address.

We may contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch.

If an order is repeatedly refused or a customer provides false or incomplete information, we may restrict or refuse future COD orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver orders within Pakistan through available courier and delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, public holidays, operational conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any delivery timeframe shown on the website is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal, or repeated delivery attempts, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where applicable.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before placing an order.

Our current return policy provides a 7-day return period, subject to the eligibility conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

Products returned without following the required return procedure may not be accepted.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their order after delivery.
